Empowering Resources in Islam

Rasulullah (Messenger) s.a.w. recommend to empower a cow to plow. From Abu Hurairah r.a., that the Prophet s.a.w. once said: When a man is driving his a cow, suddenly a cow that was driven turn to him and said, "I created not for this, I created for the land fallow." Prophet of Allah then said, "I and Abu Bakr and Umar believe him." A wolf bring a goat and be pursued by its the shepherd, the wolf is said to the shepherd, "Who will keep the wolf later in the day, that is no herd beside me". Prophet of Allah then said, "I and Abu Bakr and Umar believe him." Abu Salamah said, "Abu Bakr and Umar r.a. there are not included people at the time. "(Syaikhain and Turmudzi).

The Messenger s.a.w. allow to empower the dog to hunt or keep livestock or to maintain the garden. From Abu Hurairah r.a., that the Prophet s.a.w. once said: "Anyone who keep dogs prefer not to hunt, not to keep livestock and also not to maintain the garden, the less the reward of two on each day." (Bukhari and Muslim)

Messenger s.a.w. also to empower the water. Abu Hurairah pleased, he said: Messenger of Allah once said: "Do not prevent (hinder) people to take surplus water to hose the grass (plants)." (Bukhari and Muslim).

Similarly, the Messenger s.a.w. recommend to empower the equipment that they had to obtain rezki (income). Prophet s.a.w. said: "He made it my rezki located below of my spear" (Ahmad).
