Productivity and Expertise in Islam

Rasulullah s.a.w. while productivity than just ownership. He pleased Jabir bin Abdullah, the Prophet of Allah shower once said: "Whoever has the land, then plant the farm or so planted by his brother and do not you rent the farm " (Bukhari and Muslim). Urwah said the same thing also defined by Umar when a caliph (Bukhari, Abu Daud and Turmudzi). Similarly from Ibn Umar said: "Rasulullah s.a.w. recruit Khaibar’s people to develop plantation with half the wages from the planted fruit. "(Bukhari and Muslim).

Allah and His Messenger told each person to have expertise. Surah Saba 'verses 10-11: And undoubtedly, We gave to Daud a great grace from Us. O mountains! Turn towards Allah with him and O birds! and We made the iron soft for him. That make wide coats of mail and keep regard of the measurement in making, and you all do righteousness, Undoubtedly, I am seeing your works.
Rasulullah s.a.w. said: "It is not a person eating food that is better than the results of its own sweat (work) and indeed the prophet of Allah SWT., as David always eat the results of its own sweat (Bukhari).
